Welcome, welcome back.
If you are new to St James Rail (SJR) - welcome.
To our regular SJR travellers - welcome back.
St James Rail specialise in personalised, escorted tours, across Australia and around the world - we’ve been looking after people for more than 35 years as we explore the world by rail.
We are very proud that our tours are researched, planned and led by us - Takako Ishige and Owen Johnstone-Donnet - who are you personal contacts and tour leaders from the first email or phone call, until the end of the tour.
KANGAROO ISLAND, SA 2020
Kangaroo Island is the third largest island in Australia, and as it is not on the tourist trail, has stayed remarkably untouched by mass tourism. Indeed, a third of the island has been set aside as a Natural or Conservation Park, and the rest of the island is composed of farms, wineries and sanctuaries, and a couple of tiny towns. The island is better known abroad than by Australians – it is a unique destination worthy of discovery.
A small group, personalised tour, with a maximum of eight people - an ideal six day break away before Christmas.
